Arabs in Palestine

In the middle of the VIIth century, Caliph Umar conquered Palestine. It was the beginning of the Arab rule in Palestine.

In 750, only a century later, Abbasides overthrew the Umayyads.

Another 150 years later, the Fatimides, the self-proclaimed Shi´a Caliphate, took control over Palestine and appointed a Jewish governor.

And in 1171, the Turks put an end to the Arab rule in Palestine. After that, the Arabs were rapidly squeezed out of Palestine.

The Arabs who now claim to be natives of the Holy Land (guarding in their tables the Egyptian passports) have migrated to Palestine after 1918 from neighbouring Arab countries, predominantly from areas now known as Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq. None of these countries existed as nations prior to 1913. They were nothing but a disorganized collection of tribes, constantly terrorizing each other, trying to seize land from their neighbours. Unfortunately, those Arab immigrants imported into the Holy Land their age-old culture of terrorizing neighbours to seize land. Many of them were social outcasts and criminals who could not find jobs in their own countries so they searched for their luck elsewhere.

In 1880, according to the Census of the Ottoman Empire, 246.000 Arabs lived in Palestine.

Only 10 years later, in 1890 the number of Arabs living in Palestine grew

No country in the world EVER showed similar rates of the NATURAL population growth. Such rates can be achieved either through some Divine intervention of Allah- or through the immigration. I daresay that the variant of immigration seems to me more probable, especially accompanied by the stunning figure of the Arabs living in Palestine in 1945, only 60 years later. This number, according to British statistics, ascended to 1.200.000! So, in only sixty years the Arab population of the Palestine grew almost 600%! If we attribute this growth only to the natural reasons, then we have to admit that the Arabs had been procreating at a speed superior to the procreation rate of white ants!
I think that Allah would have to work day and night for minimum a year to create this new world of a more than one million Arabs, remembering that it took him a whole day to create only 2 human beings.

But if we put jokes aside, we shall have to admit that practically ALL of the “Palestinians” who so pompously declare today to be "the natives of the land" are immigrants with absolutely no historical, cultural or any other ties with the land which they now call “our fatherland”, guarding at the same time the passports of Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran and Iraq - the countries they mainly came from.

Yassir Arafat, the long time leader of the PLO and "the Palestinian number 1", is not a native of the Holy Land. He was born in 1929 in Cairo, Egypt. He served in the Egyptian army, studied in the University of Cairo, and lived in Cairo until 1956. Then he moved to Saudi Arabia and founded the Al-Fatah terror organization, the precursor to the PLO, in Kuwait in 1958, together with his Saudi-Arabian friends.

And nobody in those times heard about the "Palestinian People". Such a thing did not exist. And those Arabs who lived in Palestine did not, for some mysterious reason, fight against Turks "for the liberation of Palestine".

Then Turkey got on the losing side in the WWI. Britain got the mandate over Palestine. And again, nobody talked about the "Palestinian People". Those Muslims who lived there were just Arabs and Turks who lived in Palestine their forefathers conquered. Sons of the invaders. Settlers on the conquered land.

Then, the Jews started to get back to their Homeland. Of course, Arabs who lived there saw them as a threat. The tension between the communities grew, often taking the form of fierce clashes. But - read the newspapers of those days; they were clashes between "Jews and Arabs", not between "Jews and Palestinians". And not a word about the "Palestinian State". And the Arabs in those days took this as something absolutely normal. They knew their history, and knew that they had been living on other peoples´ land. Moreover, they knew very well, WHO THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS OF THIS LAND ARE. According to Sherif Hussein, the guardian of the Islamic Holy Places in Arabia:

“At the same time we have seen the Jews from foreign countries streaming to Palestine from Russia, Germany, Austria, Spain, America. The cause of causes could not escape those who had a gift of deeper insight. They knew that the country was for its original sons (abna'ihi¬l¬asliyin), for all their differences, a sacred and beloved homeland. The return of these exiles (jaliya) TO THEIR HOMELAND will prove materially and spiritually [to be] an experimental school for their brethren who are with them in the fields, factories, trades and in all things connected with toil and labor”. (Al-Qibla, (March 23, 1918), quoted in Samuel Katz, Battleground-Fact and Fantasy in Palestine, (NY: Bantam Books, 1977), p. 128.

In 1948, the UN approved the Resolution 181 about the partition of Palestine. Read the text of this resolution; you will not find a single word about the "Palestinians"! The UN envisaged two states: one Jewish, and one Arab. Not a "Palestinian" State, but just "Arab". All the world knew that those who lived there were not a People - but just Arabs who lived in Palestine.

The Arabs rejected the Resolution and started the war against the newly created Jewish State. In the result of this war, Jerusalem was occupied by Jordan, Gaza was occupied by Egypt. And the Palestinian Arabs accepted the situation as totally normal; not a single attack was perpetrated by the Palestinian Arabs against "the Egyptian or Jordanian occupants". And nobody ever mentioned "the Palestinian people". Those Arabs who lived there are in the eyes of Egypt, Jordan and so on just what they REALLY were: Arabs living in Palestine, "Palestinian Arabs" and nothing more.

In 1967 the Arabs started another war against Israel. This time Israel defeated them completely and established its control over Jerusalem and Gaza. And immediately the Palestinian Arabs "recalled" that they were "The People" and started to fight “for the right of indigenous Arab people’s right over the Arab (!) Palestine". And here the Jews made a mistake. Instead of clearly stating that the theme of “the Palestinian State” within the Israeli borders will not even be discussed, instead of gradual pushing the Arabs-evident enemies-out of Israel, they started to play in "democracy", giving to the Arabs the "rights", letting them have their "Authority" over certain territories, and allowing them to think that by violence, terror and pressure they can achieve their goals. Egyptians and Jordanians would beat the hell out of these "independents" in a month; they would throw them in jail, close any discussion about any "autonomy", and would very quickly show to the Palestinian Arabs, who is The Boss. But the Jews, with their stupid attempt to be "democratic" and look good in the eyes of the rest of the World, did not do this.

Let’s suppose that tomorrow Egypt regained control over Gaza. What do you think, will it create their "the Palestinian State"? Not even as a joke. And what do you think; will the Palestinian Arabs attack the Egyptian "occupant" soldiers or launch the missiles on Egyptian cities, Cairo for example?

Stop laughing, please, although I understand that it sounds ridiculous. You as well as I know that it would not even occur to them. And you, as well as I, know that Egypt would quell any movement calling for the creation of the "Palestinian State" using any, even the most drastic, measures. And what is really disgusting is that the World would not say a word! The "International Community", by some strange coincidence, supports the "fair struggle of the Palestinian People" only when the other side is Israel. But if it were Egypt or Jordan or even Syria, the "International Community" would be as quiet as the deep-water sea-eel

Strange thing: the Palestinian Arabs "recall" that they are "The People" and that they need "A State", only when they live on the territories controlled by Israel. But as soon as any other nation controls these territories, these same Palestinian Arabs, together with the "International Community", immediately forget about this.

Can anybody explain, why?
